2009-2010 Dues:

Dues for the year July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010 in the amount of $50.00 per lot are now payable within 30 days of receipt of this notice. Each lot owner is required to pay this assessment, as stated in the Act of Restrictions, Section 6.1, to provide for landscaping, maintenance, and other general services.

2009 Annual Homeowners' Meeting

The annual meeting was successfully held June 17. Highlights include:

• Dues will remain at only $50. Please remember to pay yours promptly as noted below.
• Rebuilding efforts after Hurricane Gustav were reviewed. Subdivision restrictions
need to be remembered during these efforts. Please see prior newsletters (available on website).
• Neighborhood Watch and Security patrols are still in place. Vacation checks are available to help make your home more secure while you are away. Email NW@jt6.org or call the neighborhood watch chair.

Welcome and thanks to our newest board members, Janelle Dufrene and Leanne Laplace. Areendam Chanda will be stepping down as a board member but continuing as webmaster. Also, thanks to Leanne Laplace for volunteering to be the new Welcome Committee Chair. Let her know if you have new neighbors or will be moving; weʼd hate to miss anyone not getting a welcome packet!! Thanks to Bill Laird for his service in this position. Other officers, directors and committee chairs continue from last year.
