2011-2012 Dues:
Dues for the year July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012 in the amount of $100.00 per lot are now payable within 30 days of receipt of this notice. Each lot owner is required to pay this assessment, as stated in the Act of Restrictions, Section 6.1, to provide for landscaping, maintenance, and other general services.

2011 Annual Homeowners' Meeting
The annual meeting was successfully held June 17.
Highlights include:
• Dues increase to $100 approved by board. Mostly due to increased
security patrols and pending street signs.
• Another successful
Octoberfest
• Upgraded Security Patrols shared now with Lakeshore
Gardens and Jefferson Highlands. Occasional vehicle break-ins and
fence-hopping juveniles also reviewed. Marked cars now being used more
often as a deterrent.
• Common complaints and concerns
• A LOT of
discussion and questions about new street signs: A one-year plus process
carefully investigated by and approved by JT6 board members;
varied
opinions heard; Guest Speaker Wayne Amato from Aluminum Accents present to
answer questions about durability, replacement, visibility, aesthetics and
positive experience in other HOAs; increased sale-ability and
beautification reviewed • planned over 3 years with street signs first and
traffic signs later
