JT6 Community

The JT6 community is comprised of residents who volunteer their time as officers & directors, as well as committee members. If you would like to know more about our committees, or wish to volunteer, please contact a member of the Board of Directors.

Annual dues are collected from residents of the Association to cover the cost of several neighborhood projects such as landscaping, signage, block parties, mail outs, welcome committee, legal fees for enforcement of restrictions,  and the cost of hosting this web site.  Look for a posting of the annual budget to be added to the web site soon, so you can see exactly how your money is being put to use.
