Dues for the year July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010 in the amount of $50.00 per lot are now payable within 30 days of receipt of this notice. Each lot owner is required to pay this assessment, as stated in the Act of Restrictions, Section 6.1, to provide for landscaping, maintenance, and other general services.
