Architectural Committee

In accordance with Section 3 of the Act of Restrictions, all improvements and additions to a homeowner's property shall be approved by the Architectural Committee.  

To request an exterior alteration, an Architectural Review Committee application should be filled out and mailed with any attachments to the Committee Chairperson:

One set of plans, including a plot plan, must be submitted for approval by the Architectural Committee, said plans to be retained by the Committee. 

In the event the Committee fails to approve or disapprove within forty-five (45) days after any matter, including plans and specifications, has been submitted to it, approval shall not be required by the Committee; however, all other provisions shall continue to apply.
